Gavin Dickey, who absolutely killed Florida State in the Super Regionals last year had the roles reversed last night. He came to bat twice in critical situations. Once with the bases loaded and once with a man on first and second. He hit into a double play both times. Gavin is a Tallahassee kid from Lincoln High School who turned down FSU to play for the Gators in football and baseball. Who knows 'what might have been'. But if you do the math it seems pretty likely he would have the starting quarterback at Florida State at least two seasons. As it turns out he's switching positions just to have the opportunity to be on the field. Some kid name Leak decided to stay for his senior year.
